A Different Kind of Real Estate Partner for Your Clients

Most people don't contact a family law or probate attorney because life is going well.

They're navigating one of the most significant transitions they'll ever experience—a divorce, the loss of a loved one, the administration of an estate, or another major life change. For many, buying or selling real estate becomes one of the biggest financial decisions they'll make during that process.

That's where I can help.

For more than twenty years, I've represented buyers and sellers with one guiding principle: protect my clients' interests through careful planning, thorough due diligence, clear communication, and ethical representation.

Before becoming a Realtor, I built my career in institutional fixed-income finance, specializing in mortgage-backed securities. I later practiced family law in California. Those experiences taught me to analyze complex issues, anticipate problems before they become costly, and appreciate how legal, financial, and real estate decisions often intersect. Today, I bring that same disciplined approach to every client I represent.

When I work with clients referred by attorneys, I understand that my role extends well beyond selling a property. My responsibility is to reduce stress, communicate proactively, respect the attorney-client relationship, maintain appropriate confidentiality, coordinate with the professional team when appropriate, and guide clients through the transaction with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.

Whether a client is selling the marital residence, administering an estate, relocating after a major life event, or simply trying to determine the best path forward, my goal is to become a trusted real estate resource who reflects positively on the professionals who referred them.

My Commitment
* Protect your client's interests.
* Communicate consistently and proactively.
* Conduct thorough due diligence to minimize surprises.
* Handle every transaction with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
* Honor confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements whenever appropriate.
* Help make the transition as smooth and successful as possible.

The greatest compliment I can receive isn't simply another referral—it's knowing that you and your client felt confident placing your trust in me.
