A Different Kind of Real Estate Partner for Your Clients
Many people don't make major real estate decisions during the easiest chapters of their lives. They may be navigating a divorce, adjusting to the loss of a loved one, managing an inherited property, or rebuilding their lives after a significant transition. During these times, buying or selling a home can add another layer of stress to an already emotional experience. That's where I can help. For more than twenty years, I've represented buyers and sellers with one guiding principle: protect my clients' interests through careful planning, thorough due diligence, clear communication, and ethical representation.
Before becoming a Realtor®, I built my career in institutional fixed-income finance, specializing in mortgage-backed securities. I later practiced family law in California. Those experiences taught me to analyze complex issues, anticipate potential problems, and understand how legal, financial, and real estate decisions intersect. Today, I bring that same disciplined approach to every client I represent.
When I work with clients referred by therapists, I understand that a real estate transaction can involve much more than a property. It may represent a fresh start after divorce, a difficult decision about the family home, a move toward greater independence, or the practical steps required to move forward after a loss.
My role is not to provide legal advice. It is to manage the real estate process with professionalism, compassion, discretion, and clear communication—helping clients navigate the practical decisions in front of them while respecting their individual circumstances and the work they are doing with their therapist. Whether a client is selling the marital residence, buying a new home after divorce, handling an inherited property, or considering a move during a major life transition, my goal is to be a steady, trusted real estate resource that makes the process more manageable.
My Commitment:
-
Treat every client with compassion and respect.
-
Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively.
-
Protect the client's interests through careful planning and due diligence.
-
Approach sensitive circumstances with professionalism and discretion.
-
Respect confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
-
Help reduce the practical stress of buying or selling a property.
My goal is to make the real estate side of a major life transition feel more manageable, so clients can focus on the decisions and priorities that matter most to them. The greatest compliment I can receive isn't simply another referral. It's knowing that you felt confident connecting your client with me—and that your client felt supported, respected, and well represented throughout the process.
